1. Agreement

By accessing or using Just My Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

Just My Site provides storefront, checkout, booking, audience, analytics, and related tools for creators and their customers.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account and payout information.
  • You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

4. Creator Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your offers, claims, pricing, taxes, delivery, support, and refund policies.
  • You must have rights to all content and assets you upload or sell.
  • You must comply with applicable consumer, privacy, and marketing laws.
  • You must not use the platform for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
  • Provider terms and fees apply in addition to your Just My Site plan.
  • You authorize us to transmit transaction metadata required for processing and fulfillment.

6. Integrations

If you connect third-party services (for example Google Calendar), you authorize us to access and use data required for the enabled functionality. You may disconnect integrations from your dashboard.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass security controls or access data not intended for you.
  • Interfere with system operation or abuse API and infrastructure resources.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, or unlawful content.
  • Use the platform to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain rights in the platform and software. You retain rights in your content. You grant us the rights required to host, process, and display your content as part of service operation.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal risk, or security concerns. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Just My Site and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just My Site from claims arising from your content, offers, conduct, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
