Revenue and orders

Revenue shows the sum of order amounts in cents converted to your store currency. It reflects completed checkouts, not pending payments.

Order count shows the number of completed checkout sessions recorded in the platform.

Both metrics pull from the local orders table, not from Stripe or PayPal directly.

Audience metrics

Audience count is the total number of unique email addresses that have interacted with your store through purchases, leads, or bookings.

Customer count is the subset of audience members who have completed at least one order.

Lead count is the number of audience members who submitted a lead form without purchasing.

Storefront events

Storefront events log key actions: checkout started, order recorded, booking confirmed, access granted.

Use the events feed in the overview to see recent activity without needing to open orders individually.

Events are useful for diagnosing gaps: if a checkout started but no order was recorded, the payment may have been abandoned.
