What an upsell is
An upsell is an offer shown to a buyer after they complete a purchase.
It is attached to the primary product and points to a separate product in your catalog.
The buyer can choose to purchase the upsell product separately or skip it.
How to set one up
Go to Growth then Upsells and Funnels. The Upsells section lists all your products.
For each product, pick an upsell product from the dropdown and enter a label.
Save. The upsell is now attached to the primary product.
Upsell vs order bump
Upsells happen after the checkout is complete. Order bumps happen during or before checkout.
Use an upsell for a higher-priced companion product. Use an order bump for a low-friction add-on.
